• DELIVERY INFORMATION

  Local orders are delivered within 3-7 working days. Standard international shipping usually takes between 4-12 working days. If you are not sure whether we ship to your location, just get in touch with us at conturveclothing@gmail.com.

• ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

  If your parcel was marked as delivered but nothing arrived, please check with your neighbours, around your porch or safe place, and with reception, in case it was left somewhere unusual. If 3 business days have gone by since it was marked delivered and your order is still missing, please reach out to us at conturveclothing@gmail.com

• CLOTHING CARE

  Read the care label: doing this first helps you avoid mistakes with washing, drying or ironing at the wrong setting. So please read the label and make sure you understand what the symbols mean. As a rule of thumb, use this as your guide: wash at low or cold temperatures (e.g. 30°C) — most of our shapewear is made from synthetic fibres such as nylon, elastane and polyester. This kind of material is what gives our garments enough compression along with some stretch. Washing on a high heat will damage them and cause shrinking. Another benefit of a low-heat wash is that it is sustainable, since high heat wastes a lot of energy! Wash with similar colours, which helps avoid dye transfer in the wash, especially with any dark colour shapewear. Turn garments inside out (where applicable), as your garments get cleaned more thoroughly — the inside is where sweat, dead skin cells and bacteria build up (which causes smelly shapewear). Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean; it is best to air dry your shapewear because it helps preserve elasticity, otherwise the life span of your garments will be shorter. This also cuts down our greenhouse gas emissions!
