Exchanges
Getting to your ideal fit is simple, with no hassle at all! Swap for a different style, size or colour at no extra cost.**
Store Credit
Store credit comes with a $5 bonus — so you end up with more than a cash refund. Once you pick store credit, it cannot be turned back into a cash refund.
Returns/Refunds
Not fully happy? Returning is straightforward. Pay a small $3 fee (do note that the initial shipping fees are non-refundable) and we refund your purchase right away. To start a return or exchange, head to our Returns Portal.*
International Orders
Refunds are issued in your local currency using the exchange rate at the time.
Do keep in mind that items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse are not treated as faulty, and we reserve the right to turn down refunds on those grounds.Items marked as **Final/Clearance Sale and accessories are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
